Comfort & Feel
Nectar uses gel infused memory foam on top of regular memory foam. 4" in total. Many brands only have 3" of premium foams on top. Initially when you lay down on the Nectar you experience a true memory foam feel on top with a good amount of body hug but not too much. This also provides great pressure relief.
What I like about the mattress is that it seems to have better support than a handful of brands we have tried. This is because of a better foam core. The top layers feel great and once you hit the core its super supportive underneath. When I don't feel support my butt feel like it sinks further in than the rest of my body and I feel out of alignment. The nectar feels very supportive all the way through.
I would say Nectar is around a 6 out of 10 with 10 being the firmest.
Nectar has a luxury, substantial feel compared to many of the thinner 10" foam mattresses that we have tried.
Motion Reduction
Nectar Mattress is an all foam mattress. Foam mattresses typically have the very best motion
reduction. This holds true on the Nectar Mattress.
If you or your partner tend to move around a lot you will not feel the motion transfer.

Temperature
The top layer of foam on the Nectar is a Gel Infused Open Cell Memory Foam. Generally memory foam will sleep trap heat more than other foams. But the Gel Infused Memory Foam dissipates heat better than regular memory foam. The Tencel cover helps air flow better too.
In our experience on the Nectar we did not experience any significant heat. The top layer diffuses the heat and allows it to breathe being open cell.
For an all foam mattress that utilizes memory foam the Nectar performed well for us. You should not have any issues with heat.
We always recommend using a mattress protector as well so adding a cooling mattress protector can help with heat on any mattress.
Edge Support
The core in the Nectar Mattress is a 2.2lb density where the industry average is 1.8.
For a foam mattress the Nectars edge is rather firm. In the laying down position near the edge you do not experience any type of ejected feeling.
The edge support is great for a foam mattress.
